Ecoboard Industries CEO Resigns, MD Continues; Particle Board Division Suspended

Ecoboard Industries Limited announced significant management and operational changes following a Board of Directors meeting on October 28, 2026. Mr. Rama Krishna Raju Gottumukkala has resigned as CEO but will continue as Managing Director and a Board member. Mr. Venkatraman Krishnamurthi has been appointed as the new CEO. Concurrently, the company will temporarily suspend operations of its Particle Board Build Division ('Eco Build') for one year due to raw material unavailability and project non-viability. Resources will be reallocated to expand the Energy Division ('Eco Energy'), focusing on ETP and CBG plant activities. The company aims to strengthen its executive management and operational efficiency.
