Ecoboard Industries: CEO Resigns, New CEO Appointed, Division Suspended

Ecoboard Industries Limited announced significant changes in its executive management and operations following a Board of Directors meeting on October 28, 2026. Mr. Rama Krishna Raju Gottumukkala resigned as CEO but will continue as Managing Director and Board member. Mr. Venkatraman Krishnamurthi has been appointed as the new CEO. Additionally, the company approved a one-year temporary suspension of its Particle Board Build Division ('Eco Build') due to raw material non-availability and project non-viability. Resources will be reallocated to expand the Energy Division ('Eco Energy').
