ECOS India sets Aug 18 as record date for final dividend

ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved August 18, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved and declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 21, 2026, will be paid to eligible shareholders. The board also reviewed the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, approved alterations to the Memorandum of Association, and re-appointed Mr. Rajesh Loomba as a Director.
