ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year 2025-26. For FY26, Revenue from Operations grew 23.58% year-on-year to ₹8,081.58 Mn, driven by a 29% increase in trip volumes, reaching approximately 5.23 million trips. The company expanded its active client base to over 1,750 by onboarding 223 new clients and increased its fleet capacity to over 20,000 vehicles. FY26 EBITDA rose 1.67% to ₹939.29 Mn, though the EBITDA margin decreased to 11.62% from 14.13% in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY26 stood at ₹575.77 Mn, a 4.19% decline from the previous year. For Q4 FY26, Revenue from Operations grew 16.65% to ₹2,067.60 Mn, but PAT declined 12.90% to ₹157.37 Mn. Strategic developments included a partnership with SIXT SE for international mobility and the launch of a digital booking web portal.
