Komal Infotech & Rakesh Shah Acquire 65.42% of ECS Biztech

Komal Infotech Private Limited and Rakesh Ramanlal Shah have jointly acquired 1,34,46,936 equity shares, representing 65.42% of the total equity share capital of ECS Biztech Limited. This acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated July 29, 2026, and the transaction was completed via an off-market purchase on October 08, 2026. Komal Infotech Private Limited individually acquired 11,43,410 shares (5.56%), increasing its holding to 9.47%. Rakesh Ramanlal Shah's holding remains at 55.95%. Following this transaction, the acquirers have become part of the promoter and promoter group of ECS Biztech Limited.
