ECS Biztech: Open Offer for 26% stake at ₹10.50 per share

Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, acting as Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Pre-Offer Advertisement to BSE regarding an open offer for ECS Biztech Limited. The offer aims to acquire up to 53,44,313 equity shares, representing 26% of the total paid-up capital, at a price of ₹10.50 per share. This offer is being made by Mr. Rakesh Ramanlal Shah and Komal Infotech Private Limited. The advertisement also serves as a corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement issued earlier, following amendments advised by SEBI. The Committee of Independent Directors has reviewed the offer and deemed the price of ₹10.50 per share to be fair and reasonable in accordance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
