ECS Biztech: Promoter Acquires 7.40% Stake from Laurels Management

ECS Biztech Limited has disclosed an acquisition where promoter Vijay M. Mandora is acquiring 1,520,700 shares, representing 7.40% of the company's capital, from Laurels Management Private Limited (now Laurels Management LLP). The acquisition price is set at ₹9.36 per Equity Share. This transaction is an inter-se transfer among promoters and is exempted from making an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
