ECS Biztech Promoters Sell 59.50% Stake

ECS Biztech Ltd promoters, Vijay Mandora and Seema Vijay Mandora, have sold a total of 1,22,30,916 equity shares, representing 59.50% of the total capital, through an off-market sale via Share Purchase Agreement. The transaction occurred between September 24-25, 2026. Following the sale, their combined holding has reduced from 65.42% to 5.92%. The shares were sold to Mr. Rakesh Ramanlal Shah and Komal Infotech Private Limited.
