Edelweiss subsidiary EAAA India Alternatives IPO price band set

Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd announced that its subsidiary, EAAA India Alternatives Limited, has fixed the price band for its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The price band ranges from a Floor Price of Rs. 1,585 per equity share to a Cap Price of Rs. 1,665 per equity share. The minimum bid lot is set at 9 equity shares, with subsequent bids in multiples thereof. This disclosure is made in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, following an IPO Committee meeting of Edelweiss Financial Services.
