EFC (I) Ltd to acquire 100% stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions

EFC (I) Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% equity stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited, a 51% subsidiary of TTK Prestige Limited. Ultrafresh is a player in India's modular home solutions segment, offering kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture, with a manufacturing plant in Himachal Pradesh. The acquisition, which is expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, is intended to strengthen EFC's furniture manufacturing and Design & Built solutions business. The consideration will be discharged through a share swap mechanism. This move is expected to create operational synergies, broaden product offerings, and enhance manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
