Rays of Belief's US subsidiary acquires City Pro Group for $2M

Rays of Belief Limited announced that its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Mom's Belief US Inc., has acquired 100% of the equity shareholding of City Pro Group Inc. for an aggregate consideration of USD 2,000,000. This acquisition, completed on September 18, 2026, makes City Pro Group Inc. a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Rays of Belief Limited. City Pro Group Inc., incorporated in 1995, is a New York-based provider of pediatric early intervention and school-based special education services, with a turnover of USD 11,432,394.52 for the year ended June 30, 2025. The acquisition aims to strengthen and expand the Group’s presence in the United States in the field of pediatric developmental, early intervention, and special education services, complementing existing offerings and supporting strategic expansion. The transaction was a cash consideration and is not considered a related party transaction.
