The company has submitted its Annual Report and AGM Notice, which have been sent to shareholders electronically. The Annual Report and Notice are also available on the company's website and NSDL's e-voting portal. E-voting will be open from August 8, 2026, 9:00 a.m. IST to August 11, 2026, 5:00 p.m. IST. The cut-off date for eligibility is August 5, 2026. NSDL will provide e-voting and VC/OAVM facilities.
