EIH Ltd Closes Trading Window for Directors and Designated Persons Until After FY2026 Results

EIH Ltd, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, has closed the trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, and is in place for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2026 and other matters. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results and the announcement of other price sensitive information, if any. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the aforesaid Financial Results will be informed separately.
