Bhavesh Dhirajlal Tanna, a promoter of Eiko Lifesciences Ltd, has acquired 4,50,000 equity shares and 15,50,000 warrants on a preferential basis. This acquisition represents 3.14% (on non-diluted basis) and 2.60% (on diluted basis) of the issued and subscribed equity shares of Eiko Lifesciences Limited. Post conversion of all warrants, his aggregate holding would be 23,90,000 equity shares, representing 13.82%.
