Ekennis Software Appoints Monika Sharma as Independent Director

Ekennis Software Service Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Monika Sharma as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director. Her term will commence on August 17, 2026, and will last for five consecutive years until August 16, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Mahata Agarwal & Associates as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. Mrs. Sharma holds a B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and has experience in academia. She has no inter se relationship with other directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
