El Forge Ltd has received approval from BSE Limited for the reclassification of two outgoing promoter groups, V Balu Promoter Group and Rohini Ramaswamy Promoter Group, from 'Promoter and Promoter Group Category' to 'Public' category. The reclassification will result in a 0.02% decrease in the promoter and promoter group's holding, from 40.82% to 40.78%, and a 0.04% increase in public shareholding, from 59.18% to 59.22%. This decision is in compliance with Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. El Forge Ltd is required to ensure compliance with subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification.
