EL CID Investments to invest ₹1.6 Crore in Nexon Omniverse CCPS

EL CID Investments Ltd announced its intention to further invest ₹1.6 Crore (₹1,60,00,000) in Nexon Omniverse Limited by subscribing to 160 Series E Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS). Each CCPS has a subscription price of ₹1,00,000 and will convert into 9195 shares post-conversion. This subsequent investment follows an earlier subscription to CCPS. Upon completion of this round, EL CID Investments' aggregate shareholding in Nexon Omniverse is expected to be approximately 0.60% on a fully diluted basis. Nexon Omniverse Limited, a fashion retailer with verticals Style Union and Ethnicity, reported a turnover of ₹1198.7 Crores for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The transaction is considered a normal course of business for EL CID Investments as an NBFC-Investment Company and is expected to be completed within 30 days.
