Electrosteel Castings Closes Trading Window Oct 1

Electrosteel Castings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct for insider trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the submission of the company's unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
