Electrosteel Castings: Promoter Group Acquires 5% Stake via Open Market

Wilcox Merchants Pvt Ltd, part of the Promoter Group of Electrosteel Castings Limited, has acquired an aggregate of 3,08,88,721 equity shares through open market purchases. This acquisition represents 5.00% of the total diluted share capital. Following the transaction, the Promoter Group's holding increased from 49.53% to 54.53% of the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of the company before and after the acquisition remains at 61,81,84,591 equity shares.
