Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Ltd. will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting on July 17, 2026. The board approved audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. Re-appointments of Mr. Rajesh Agrawal and Mr. Rakesh Agrawal as Chairman & Managing Director and Managing Director respectively, were approved, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Deepak Mehta & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditor. Ms. Yogita Agrawal's re-appointment as Non-Executive Director will be considered.
