Elevate Campuses Ltd (formerly Good Host Spaces Limited) has formally adopted and uploaded its "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and determination of Legitimate Purposes" on its website. This code, framed under Regulation 8(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, outlines the company's commitment to prompt and universal dissemination of UPSI. The code was revised and approved by the Board on September 17, 2026, and is effective from the commencement of listing and trading of its equity shares. It defines key terms like 'Insider', 'UPSI', and 'need-to-know basis', and designates the CFO as the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO).
