Elevate Campuses Subsidiary Acquires Hostel Undertaking for ₹1,350 Cr

Elevate Campuses Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary GHS Sonipat II Private Limited, has approved the acquisition of hostel accommodation and allied services undertakings from O. P. Jindal Global University. The transaction involves two hostel blocks (SH12 and SH14) for accommodation services and three blocks (SH11, SH12, and SH14) for allied services like mess, laundry, and security. This expansion will increase Elevate's managed bed capacity at the University to 10,500. The total investment required for this acquisition over nine years is ₹1,350,00,00,000 (₹13,500 Crore). The deal is subject to due diligence, definitive document execution, and necessary approvals.
