Elevate Campuses Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of KFin Technologies Limited (formerly KFin Technologies Private Limited) as its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). KFin Technologies, with its registered office in Mumbai, will manage the company's share registry and transfer activities. This appointment is in compliance with Regulation 7(1) of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
