Elgi Equipments to Recommend BSR & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Elgi Equipments Ltd intends to recommend the appointment of BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing after the 67th AGM in 2027 and concluding at the 72nd AGM in 2032.
