Manglam Global Appoints M/s. A K B Jain & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Manglam Global Corporations Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. A K B Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on June 11, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. D M K H & Co. M/s. A K B Jain & Co. will hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and have also been appointed for a subsequent term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the ensuing AGM until the AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
