Vidya Wires Appoints D. G. Bhimani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

Vidya Wires Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. D. G. Bhimani & Associates, a Practicing Company Secretary firm, as its Secretarial Auditor. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors today, August 11, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The firm will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval. M/s. D. G.
