GSP Crop Science Appoints Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

GSP Crop Science Limited announced the appointment of Chirag Shah & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and confirmed no deviation in IPO proceeds utilization. Additionally, Mr. Narayanan Pulukhool Nair was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
