Elitecon International Appoints 8 to Board and Senior Management

Elitecon International Limited has announced eight key appointments to strengthen its Board and senior management, effective August 14, 2026. These appointments include three Additional Directors in the Non-Executive Independent category, one of whom is a Woman Independent Director. Mr. Pradeep Kumar has been elevated to Managing Director from Additional Executive Director for a five-year term. The company also appointed an Executive Director, a Company Secretary designated as Compliance Officer, a Chief Financial Officer, and a Secretarial Auditor.
