Elitecon International Appoints Four New Directors

Elitecon International Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 14, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Ms. Prachi Gupta as Non-Executive Independent Woman Director, Ms. Nisha as Non-Executive Independent Director, Mr. Suraj Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Paramjeet Singh Gulati as Executive Director. These appointments are subject to member approval as per regulations.
