Elnet Technologies: Chairman Dr. K.P. Karthikeyan Replaced

Elnet Technologies Limited has announced a change in its Board of Directors. Electronics Corporation of TamilNadu Limited has withdrawn the nomination of Dr. K.P. Karthikeyan, I.A.S. (DIN: 08218878) as Non-Executive Director cum Chairman. A new director has been nominated in his place, and the proposal will be placed before the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board in due course. The effective date of cessation for Dr. Karthikeyan was October 21st, 2026, upon receipt of the letter from the nominating authority.
