EMA India Appoints New CFO, Accepts Secretarial Auditor Resignation

EMA India Ltd announced a board meeting held on October 30, 2026, where two key decisions were made. Firstly, the resignation of Mr. Awashesh Dixit as Secretarial Auditor was accepted due to his inability to continue. Secondly, Mrs. Shraddha Bhatt Dave was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective from the same date. Her appointment follows the resignation of the erstwhile CFO and is based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Dave brings over 15 years of experience in financial governance, accounting, audit assurance, and regulatory compliance.
