Mrs. Dave, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial governance, accounting, audit assurance, and regulatory compliance, will be effective from October 30, 2026. Her appointment follows the resignation of the erstwhile CFO and aims to strengthen the company's financial leadership. She possesses expertise in internal control frameworks, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
