Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) announced that its Manager, Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited (EOPMSPL), will hold a Board of Directors meeting on October 28, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors. Additionally, the Board will consider and approve the declaration of distributions to Unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The record date for these distributions is set for October 31, 2026, with payment expected on or before November 06, 2026.
