Emkay Global Allots 1 Lakh Shares on Warrant Conversion

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd announced the allotment of 1,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to Mr. Prakash Kacholia, a promoter. This allotment is a result of the conversion of 1,00,000 warrants into equity shares upon payment of the balance subscription amount. The issuance price was Rs. 239.50 per share. This allotment increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital from Rs. 27,82,55,800 to Rs. 27,92,55,800, with the total number of equity shares rising to 2,79,25,580. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
