Emkay Global Appoints Rajesh Shah as Independent Director

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director to its Board of Directors. This appointment, approved via a circular resolution dated August 18, 2026, is effective from August 19, 2026, for a term of five years, concluding on August 18, 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shah brings approximately 30 years of corporate experience, including serving as CFO of the Cement Division at Century Textiles & Industries Limited. He is a Commerce graduate and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any regulatory authority.
