Emmsons International Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Q1 2026

Emmsons International Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending on 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for designated persons of the company from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026. The PI's of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by the Designated Depository for trading in securities of the company during the window closure period.
