EMS Ltd Re-appoints Cost Auditors, Sets Dividend Record Date

EMS Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s. Jatin Sharma & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board of Directors also fixed Saturday, September 19th, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26. The 16th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. via Video Conferencing. The dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
