EMS Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from UP Jal Nigam (Urban), Varanasi for sewerage work. This follows their earlier intimation of being the lowest bidder (L1). The order, valued at approximately ₹10,581.65 lakhs (₹105.81 crore) excluding GST, involves surveying, design, supply of materials, and execution of sewerage house connections and associated works in Ramnagar Zone, Varanasi. The project is to be completed on a turnkey basis within 24 months and includes the construction of a 10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

The project, valued at approximately ₹19,086.27 Lakhs (₹190.86 Crores) including GST, involves the construction of a Water Treatment Plant and other ancillary works in Kota, Rajasthan. The scope includes building a 100 MLD WTP, break pressure tanks, clear water rising mains, and a distribution system, along with a pump house and overhead storage reservoir. The contract also includes 5 years of Operations & Maintenance post a 1-year defect liability period. The project is expected to be executed within 24 months. This development signifies a substantial new order for EMS Ltd.

EMS Limited has been declared the Highest Bidder (H-1) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for two work orders related to user fee agency engagement. The first order is for Rangamati Fee Plaza with an estimated value of ₹2,230.55 lakhs, and the second is for Bartana Fee Plaza with an estimated value of ₹1,991.27 lakhs. The total estimated value for both orders, excluding TCS, amounts to approximately ₹4,221.83 lakhs. Both contracts are for a period of one year and are for domestic entities. EMS Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12th, 2026, has approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were also reviewed by the Audit Committee. The company has submitted the financial results along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s Ajay K. Kapoor & Company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Ind AS-34. The auditor noted that the fair value of Polymatech Electronics Limited could not be assessed due to unavailability of financial statements, hence shares are valued at cost.
