eMudhra: Economic Offence Wing Closes 3i Infotech Complaint

eMudhra Ltd announced the closure of a complaint filed by 3i Infotech Limited with the Economic Offence Wing (EOW), Navi Mumbai. The complaint, filed on February 3, 2026, alleged financial fraud, criminal breach of trust, cheating, and criminal conspiracy related to the disinvestment of 3i Consumer Services Limited (now eMudhra) and purported wrongful redemption of preference shares. eMudhra had previously denied these allegations as baseless and barred by limitation.
