Entero Healthcare subsidiary fined ₹12.9 Lakhs by GST

Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd has informed the exchange that its subsidiary, ACE Cardiopathy Solutions Private Limited, has been levied a monetary penalty of ₹12,91,728 by the GST Authority in Uttar Pradesh. The penalty was for non-generation of E-Invoice. The amount has been paid under protest by the subsidiary to avoid further operational losses. Entero Healthcare stated that the matter pertains to a subsidiary and the amount is not material to the consolidated financial position. ACE Cardiopathy plans to pursue recovery or refund of the amount paid under protest through appropriate legal remedies.
