EPACK Prefab adds 11,300 MT PEB capacity, 8 Lakh sqm PUF

EPACK Prefab Technologies Ltd has commenced commercial production of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) structures and PUF panels at its new Ghiloth facility in Rajasthan. This expansion adds 11,300 Metric Tons/Annum to PEB capacity and 8,00,000 Square Meters/Annum to PUF panel capacity. The investment for this expansion is approximately INR 100 Crore, financed through IPO proceeds. The rationale is to meet growing demand in North India. The company's existing PEB capacity utilization was 77.50% and PUF panel capacity utilization was 49.50%.
