EPACK Prefab Commences Commercial Production at Ghiloth Facility

EPACK Prefab Technologies Limited has announced the commencement of commercial production of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) structures and PUF panels at its new manufacturing facility in Ghiloth, Rajasthan. This facility, which has received its Consent to Operate from the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, commenced operations effective October 28, 2026. The addition of this facility enhances the company's installed capacity. The investment for this expansion was approximately INR 100 Crore, financed through the net proceeds of the IPO, and is intended to meet the growing demand in North India. The company's existing capacity for PEB structures is 1,47,122 Metric Tons/Annum and for PUF panels is 13,10,000 Square Meters/Annum. The new facility adds 11,300 Metric Tons/Annum for PEB structures and 8,00,000 Square Meters/Annum for PUF panels.
