Equitas SFB Announces KMP and SMP Changes

Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has informed the exchanges about significant changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. N Sridharan, the Chief Financial Officer, has superannuated effective June 30, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Sibi P.M., Chief Risk Officer, has demitted office upon completion of his five-year term. The bank has appointed Mr. Mukund Shyamrao Barsagade as the new Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Taraka Ramana Prathipati as the Interim Chief Risk Officer, both effective July 1, 2026. These appointments were previously disclosed on June 24, 2026.
