Trading Window Closure Announced by Invigorated Business Consulting Ltd

Invigorated Business Consulting Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is pursuant to the company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
