Esha Media Research Partners with LivingAI for AI Platform

Esha Media Research Ltd. has entered into an agreement with LivingAI Solution LLP for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of an AI-powered media intelligence, reputation management, and actionable feedback platform. The agreement is for a period of one year with ongoing maintenance. The commercial consideration involves development of modules in phases at ₹1.26 Crores per phase, exclusive of applicable taxes. This domestic agreement is considered to be in the normal course of business and is not a related party transaction.
