The agreement, effective from December 7, 2026, for a period of five years, will see Mr. Tendulkar endorse, promote, advertise, and market the company's Steel, Stainless Steel, and Alloy Steel Products under the 'Sambhv' brand. The company has confirmed that Mr. Tendulkar and his management company are not related to the promoter group, and the transaction is not a related party transaction. This strategic partnership aims to enhance brand visibility and market reach for Sambhv's products.
