Espire Hospitality Board Approves EGM for Director Re-appointment

Espire Hospitality Limited's Board of Directors met today, approving the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Mr. Anish Arun Shah, effective July 14, 2026, due to his relocation outside India. The board also approved the reconstitution of various committees and the notice for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). The EGM, scheduled for August 7, 2026, will seek member approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Dileep Kumar as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, commencing August 10, 2026. Mr. Dileep Kumar has confirmed he is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding a director's office.
