Espire Hospitality: Director Resigns, EGM for Director Re-appointment

Espire Hospitality Limited announced that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Anish Arun Shah, Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 14, 2026, due to his relocation outside India. The Board also approved the reconstitution of various committees. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened on August 7, 2026, to seek member approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Dileep Kumar as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, commencing August 10, 2026. Mr. Kumar has confirmed he is not debarred from holding a director's office.
