Yunik Advisors Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Yunik Managing Advisors Ltd has appointed M/s. SVP & ASSOCIATES as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, commencing from FY 2026-27 until 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sushil Vyas & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the year 2026-27 and appointed Mr. Pankaj Kumar Maskara and Mr. Kalpesh Virji Dedhiya as Additional Directors. Additionally, Ms. Prachi Prabhakar Vichare was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 15, 2026. The board also approved shifting the Books of Accounts.
