Yunik Managing Advisors Appoints Internal Auditor

Yunik Managing Advisors Ltd. announced the appointment of M/s. Sushil Vyas & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the year 2026-27, as approved during the Board Meeting held on May 15, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for Q4 and the year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed M/s. SVP & ASSOCIATES as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Maskara and Mr. Kalpesh Virji Dedhiya were appointed as Additional Directors, also subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Prachi Prabhakar Vichare was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The company also approved shifting the Books of Accounts to a new location in Mumbai.
